Rehabilitation. Performance. Prevention.

How We Deliver Care

Gym Visits

Coming Soon: we are negotiating agreements with area gyms. We treat patients in the gym with access to equipment for progressive corrective exercise. Some problems only show themselves under high load.

Best for:

  • Return to sport

  • Strength and conditioning integration

  • Active patients

  • Establishing a safe workout

Mobile Visits

We bring care to your home or office with a portable treatment table. While scheduling flexibility may be more limited and cost is higher due to travel time, many patients value the added convenience.

Aside from equipment limitations, we provide the same high-quality care in your home or office as in a clinic or gym.

Telehealth Visits

Telehealth visits are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.

Best for:

  • Exercise progression

  • Ergonomic assessments

  • Follow-up visits

We strongly prefer in-person evaluations for initial visits to ensure efficiency and thoroughness. Telehealth works well as a supplement.

Mobile and telehealth visits currently available for patients located in Idaho. Expansion to Washington may be considered based on community need.
